5. Orders

Production will only begin after:

  • Final specifications have been approved.

  • Any required deposits have been received.

  • Both parties have agreed to the production terms.

Clients are responsible for ensuring all designs, measurements and specifications are accurate before production begins.

6. Intellectual Property

Any designs, logos, artwork, trademarks or branding supplied by the client remain the property of the client.

By supplying artwork or designs, you confirm that you have the legal right to use them.

Bullah's accepts no responsibility for intellectual property disputes relating to client-supplied materials.

7. Quality Control

We work closely with our manufacturing partners to maintain high production standards and carry out quality inspections.

Minor variations in colour, sizing or fabric characteristics may occur as part of the manufacturing process and do not necessarily constitute defects.

8. Delivery

Estimated production and delivery times are provided as guidance only.

While we work to meet agreed schedules, Bullah's is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Shipping delays

  • Customs inspections

  • Natural disasters

  • Industrial action

  • Government restrictions

  • Supplier delays

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bullah's shall not be liable for:

Once you start working with clients, don't rely on these website Terms & Conditions alone. Prepare a separate Manufacturing Service Agreement that every client signs before production begins. That document should cover:

  • Payment terms and deposits.

  • Production timelines.

  • Approval of samples.

  • Quality standards.

  • Changes and revisions.

  • Cancellation terms.

  • Shipping responsibilities (Incoterms, if applicable).

  • Liability and dispute resolution.
